Our mission is to provide quality childcare for children ages (6) months to (12) years of age in a safe and nurturing environment. We provide daily program activities for the overall development of each child enrolled in our program. To value each child and instill important traits to include cognitive, social, emotional, moral character and life skills.
Ms. Joyce A. Read is the owner and founder of New Horizons Child Care Ministry, Inc. for a total of (22) years. She is highly educated and experienced in Early Childhood Education.
